So, I have discovered the joys of pure coconut oil, not the liquid in the bottle, but the kind you have to scoop out with a spoon ...

After 3 days, my head is really clearing up, and most of them are still on the back ... working on it .

However, something interesting happened tonight, I saw one kind of jump and land on my mirror, I have my microscope handy, see photo below..

Anyone know what we are dealing with ? It's possible the "worms" that I uploaded earlier were damaged versions of this, since I rubbed them out.

Also, I had tried liquid coconut oil in the past with minimal results, this is by far the best exit strategy .

Let me know if anyone can identify this .
