It is a no-brainer that you start with magnesium then try GABA. The latter is your brain's natural anti-anxiety neurotransmitter.
The next thing I'd try in a person with some symptoms of adrenal fatigue is mild adrenal *cortex* support--adrenal cortex glandular and low-dose pregnenolone.
There are many other things to consider!
I've taken some ashwagandha in a supplement, Thyroid Helper, for over 5 yrs; however I'd start with the nutrients that the body uses every day for a more calm personality.
