A positive offset output means the output is direct current (DC) but in this case has frequencies imposed on it so it is a combination of a DC and a frequency output. Beck had experimented with DC and when applied to the arteries he said it "wrecked the blood". I also experimented with it and it did wreck my blood. After a couple months of daily DC blood electrification I thought I was going to die it made me so sick. That is why Beck switched to an alternating current (AC) output at 4 hertz frequency. All his successes were doing that. Beck had experimented with every type of electromedicine device and said that both the Clark and the Rife devices "did not work". I found the same to be true. I started my business back in '96 selling them and quit for lack of good customer feedback. I refuse to sell weak devices which is why I went mostly to the Beck devices because they definitely work. I believe if you start soon after getting AIDS that blood electrification can keep it in check but syyenergy7 started late.
