Yea nothing really feels easy about my current meditation/relaxation routine, just feels like any other task that I 'have to get done' each day, which is completely backwards.
Is there anywhere you could suggest to start learning about zen practice? From my limited understanding, zen, put simply, is the art of 'doing one thing at a time', which makes perfect sense, and like you say, seems hard to mess up.
I'll look into the guided meditation CDs you suggested, thank you. I tried yoganidra once but the narrator's accent was a little too strong shall we say, to the point where it was distracting.
