Thank you for all the info, once again!
I will start the progesterone cream tonight and see how that goes! I will have to look up how pre-menopausal women use this though, as I'm sure they use it on specific days!
I will also look into salt with some potassium, as mine has none! I'm excited to hear about your friend with PTSD who has done well! I hope to be there very soon.

I will keep you updated as far as how my treatment with HC goes! Is there some dosing examples on the AI/AF forum you mentioned above?
I don't need anymore adrenaline surges from ramping up too high!
