What kind of parasite is this???

Does anyone have any ideal what kind of parasite this is? It was almost the size of a grape and had worms coming from it. I did a parasite cleanse and got what looked like tapeworms out too and threadworms from my eyebalss which i have good video of. My doctor wont even look at the video or pictures, because I am a American thereis noway i could have a parasite right?!!!? I cant handle the cleanse anymore, it leaves wiggly marks on my skin, comes out of my eyeballs and private parts and leavea physical evidence but I am crazy. I must be to go to a Doctor in the first place. Tweet
