Yep. Israel had a lot to gain out of us fighting arabs and destroying Israel's neighbors. And the US "government" had a lot to gain out of it all too.

Yes you usually aren't covered for things like terrorist attacks unless you pay extra for it. And then the payoff is big if you insure it for over the value of the building like Silverstien did.

Check out this video showing Bush had more than Iraq in his sights and that there was a takeover.
