Not sure if the Coffee-Enema would be responsible for low minerals - especially copper/zinc levels.
When I first did my first HMTA I hadn't done any Coffee-Enema and Liver Flush yet, and by the time I did my second HMTA I had already done probably around 100 Coffee-Enema and 8 liver flushes. The results actually showed sodium levels significantly higher. Magnesium and calcium went down by 1 only. All I did to make sure my mineral levels stayed consistent was drinking Sea Salt water.
I'm not sure coffee enemas would cause a zinc/copper imbalance. They promote bile flow and would only get rid of unwanted excess copper.
Copper has great anti-fungal properties so maybe you have low copper and should supplement with liver pills (if you're not into eating beef liver).
Bio-unavailable copper is tricky business! I have it and instead of hair loss, my skin is loosing elasticity.
