there are so many recent posts dealing with pregnancy and using Iodine as of late.

from my personal experience i would remain conservative as some like me experience detox that it is very stressful on the mind and body.

wait until after the baby, and even after breast feeding because breast milk is important for the development of a babies entire body.

breast milk helps the digestive system have active good bacteria cultures throughout life so they are not constipated or have irritable bowels throughout their lives, a proper functioning brain so they are not vulnerable to all the ADD and ADHD and other mental problems that many kids suffer from today.

iodine like oils, herbs, vitamins, and many other natural healing things flushes the body of bad things, and you don't want to be stressed during pregnancy, or having bad things coming out of you in your fluids from your body such as breast milk after birth.
