Holding the paddles in the hands is good for some things but it mostly goes across the top of the chest. left foot to right hand or right foot to left hand is better but neither is a match for 4 point contact, 3 points positive.

Also, you always want the positive electrode nearest the problem area.

The real problem is that if you have fungus in the groin area and somewhere else, then it is most likely inside too. Most zappers will not get it.
