A worm? Is it possible

I am pretty sure that I eliminated a worm this morning, though i didn't get a very good look, because I had already flushed the toilet as I noticed it. I am only doing the mc and no p and b shakes and not taking and anti worm herbs, so is it possible I eliminated one anyway and if so does that mean there are more? yikes
