2 tsps per quart of warm water?

i want to say hello to everyone, its been awile since i've been here. i plan on reading this forum often in the next 10 plus days. i found the forum really helpful and supportful during my fast a year ago.

i'm starting my fast tomorrow morning. i just can't remember the recipe for the salt water flush. is it 2 tsp or 2 tbs of Sea Salt per quart of water? i'm thinking its 2 tsp. but i'm not sure. Tweet
