Exactly. I've mentioned to you in the past how I don't do well with those foods you just mentioned. For the time being my only carbs are from an organic sprouted grain supplement. I have half a serving pre and post work out, and it's greatly helped my energy and bowel movements. I've also started taking R-ALA to help get the sugar into my cells. I think my mitochondria are slowly improving.
