I just had my first day back to organic rice protein, and I can literally feel the difference. I'm thankful to incorporate this back into my diet because I was running out of options for protein. Ironically, the regular kind from the same exact company was garbage. In regards to blood sugar, how does the ability to digest affect this? I read that low HCL decreases as a result of high blood sugar, but mine is never high because of my low carb diet. Are you simply saying I should reduce my intake if I already have low HCL? Personally I prefer rice protein because it is easy for me to digest.
