They are linked, so yes. Also, "normal" levels are very high, trust your instinct that something is not right. I would go find a naturopath doctor immediately and have them do their own thyroid/af testing. If you have lumps your thyroid is very unhappy and you might need to have those biopsied immediately. I had lumps develop after taking medicine for a couple years and it scared the crap out of me. Did the same thing, changed my doctors completely, went to a whole food plant based diet, supplemented, and stopped taking all medicine. I feel amazing but the road to heal your thyroid and adrenals are a long one. Please start that journey now! Tweet
