It totally depends on the alchol level/limit in the mouthwash. Some treatment like Corticosteroids is a type of treatment that can reduce inflammation. This is done to eliminate the pain that comes with mouth ulcers and also leads to faster healing. Corticosteroids are available in many different forms, including mouthwashes and sprays. There are some effective antimicrobial mouthwashes that can help kill bacteria, viruses or fungi that infect the ulcer.
