Do you recommend doing a parasite cleanse before or during the Candida Plan?

I have suffered from vaginal discharge for nearly 12 years and found out about candida roughly 4 months ago and am having trouble coming up with a plan I know I can stick with. I am interested in doing your plan. I really think a parasite cleanse would benefit me as well, just not sure how to attack it so it will actually benefit me and not offset anything. Tweet
