understanding adrenal test

 Hi everyone, this is my first post. I am a 53 year old female, I have hashimotos for the last two years and currently on ndt but still don't feel good, no energy, bloated, no motivation just want to stay in bed all day anyhow I had an adrenal stress profile saliva taken the private practitioner I saw in the uk said results were "not too bad" but i think my cortisol levels are low a.m cortisol is 8.9 (2.4-33.7)

noon 5.3(1.2-17.8)

cortisol p.m 3.8(0.5-12.1)

cortisol midnight 1.3(0.3-11)

total cortisol 19.3. I would appreciate any advice and also what I should take, I'm currently taking nutri adrenals. Many thanks for reading.
