Pretty much sums up what I have experienced in myself and others these years. Except for the cancers; I dont have much experience with it, but the ones I know of that has supplemented boron for years are cancer free.
While it is sky-rocketing all over here.
Also interesting about the magnesium absorption; thinking in particular about its role in heart disease. A friend of mine just got a heart attack. Super athletic, dont smoke, healthy" diet etc. In his 40-ies, never took any supplement. I believe the athletes need more magnesium than they usually get from the diet. But it is hard to utilize for some. Here boron comes in as an assistant. Just one of my theories:)
