Ringworm

Dr Jeff, I think I have ringworm in my head. I have had problems with Candida before. It's been two years since I have done the plan. Would doing the plan in its entirety get rid of the ringworm or do I need to take the awful oral medicine when then causes BV in women. Or should I do both? Washed my hair with apple cider vinegar today as well. Help! I do know it's time for me to do the candida cleanse as I'm seeing some of the other cues that tells me when I'm on overload. Should I eat two cloves of raw garlic everyday as well. If so, how long?
