I feel well with the Boron water.
As you pointed out elsewhere - where there is light shadow also sets in.

Boron is not a metal, even less a heavy metal; it is a metalloid, which means it is active in concerns to electron exchange. A property that makes it useful in the body's energy generation and an essential (mandatory) element for a healthy body. It is the element No 5 preceding Carbon (element No 6; lightest is element No 1 and it is Hydrogen) in the Periodic table of elements and it is lighter than carbon.
(Info for people who may wonder).
Medicine had determined long ago that without Boron, there is no proper metabolism of Calcium and Magnesium. Canada Health official website points out that regions with no Boron have 75% prevalence of bone and joint disease. Regions with high natural occurrence of Borax (the mineral containing Boron) have very low incidence of these ailments.
