1 cup carrots
1 quarter pineapple (with core)
as large of a piece of ginger as you can stand. I can do 2 inches.
Delicious and potent.
I am always careful of my food preparation.
I first blanch my carrots, then ginger, then beets. (boil for 1 minute, then dash in cold water to stop cooking process) This keeps the inside raw but kills any pathogens on the outside.
Then I scrub the beets and the carrots.
I peel all three (carrots, beets, and ginger)
For the pineapple I simply cut off the outside.
parasites lay eggs on fruit and vegetables. When you have a parsite problem, eating raw food without proper preparation is not wise.
