There are some great vegan sites online. Just google vegan recipes. I am a good cook but it sounds like you need a lot more than just a few suggestions. Also--don't forget salads. I buy the prewash greens like kale or argula. Add frozen (or dried) cranberries, blueberries, gogi berries, sprinkle with chopped almonds or sunflower seeds, add half an avacado, carrots. Yumm. Better to go organic when you can and help your detox.
