Fbo feces smelll

Hello curezone! Im a new member here mainly because i want to know whats wrong with my body, so i suffer from fbo / feces smell. Have done it since i was 13 im now 17 atm. So my teenage years have been so bad but i know alot of you have the same problem. Well i always had anal pain and sweaty ass etc, so i decided to take a pic to see how it looked like. So what is this? I can imagine this is the problem to my fbo, is it hemmorhoids or a fistula or anyone knows what it is? I got it when i was 13 and then back in the day i was a computer nerd and i was pooping 1 time per 2 days and was just sitting on my ass all day long. So thats probably why i gotten this because sometimes it was so hard to poop that i couldnt get it out. So please anyone know what this is? And how can i get rid of it? I really want to live a normal life again i dont even remember how it feels like :(
