Undecenoic acid for teens

Hi Dr. Jeff McCombs,
Thank you for accomodating our many queries. I've a question about using Undecenoic Acid as antifungal. Can a 19-year old and 16-year old use this? My son has adhd, has toenail fungus, etc. I suspect both of them have fungal overgrowth. 16 year old had a bad case of dandruff a few years ago and after that his personality changed. I have it too, I had repeated bouts of UTI last year and had rounds of antibiotics.
Tried raw garlic recently for myself and my 19 year old, but it suppresses appetite, etc.although I've seen improvement with its use for a couple of days.
What would be a safe dose of Undecenoic acid for a 16 year old, and I think an adult dose is indicated for a 19 year old. Is it gentle? Thank you!
