Caffeine makes me have a racing heart, chest tightness, and light headed. Sometimes it does upset my stomach as well. Currently up at 4 am with a heart rate of 98 (uncomfortable when you're trying to sleep). there's no Hawthorne in it or any herbs I recognize as a stimulant but I'll have to research all of them individually tomorrow.
