Thank you for your suggestions! My constipation has gotten better since my surgery last year, but I still occasionaly get backed up and that's why I feel I need a total cleanse every 4 months (seasonally). A lady at the Health Shop I go to in town said I was overkilling with cleansing but I don't think so BC I'm trying to get my body to 100% or as close as possible. My stools seem well digested except if I eat corn and sometimes too many beans maybe? I do feel like I have a yeast/candida overgrowth due to the breakouts after taking the probiotic and I'm not sure how to go about cleansing for that issue. The lady at the health shop said to do a parasite cleanse, then put back minerals/vitamins/Amino's, then go into a yeast/candida cleanse with a garlic supplement (accilin I believe).
And I practice yoga daily.. I don't always get to meditate due to having a toddler around but I try! I'm actually going to yoga teacher training Spring this coming year.
