I could only see clearly in the 2nd pic, but that is exactly how some of my poo has looked. And it is fungus. It comes in so many different forms, sizes, colours, but I've seen it look like that too. It's just unfortunate that when it's like that it looks like undigested potato or mango or something. In my case at least, it isn't! You can see this when you inspect the bits up close and they have scaly walls and often dark stringy bits (the hyphae).

My infection has given me terrible emotional problems too (lowness and anxiety) AND I have the problem in my chest. Right in the centre of the chest (behind my sternum, an area called the retrosternal area Ive discovered) I have feelings like there is a pulsing sensation there and often tightness (esp on exercise) AND when it first began to appear in my chest (YEARS ago) it gave me such terrible anxiety that I had a panic attack. Does the anxiety feel like it's emanating from your chest in a way (thats what it felt like to me - I was anxious "in my chest" which I know could sound weird).

You may want to get a test for a fungal infection. There are many different ones, and people contest their validity, but at least for me a test with Great Plains Labs (in US) showed near enough what I had suspected - candida infection and bacterial overgrowth.

Anxiety can be so horrible. I do feel for you. Wouldn't wish it on anyone. I bet you just crave relief don't you? Tweet
