Hard lump after healed boil - help?

Hi guys, I had 3 boils over past 3 months, all on my face, first one took week and half to form, but went away after I used ichtammol ointment+ Antibiotic cream (fucidin), formed a head and doctor popped it.
Then it healed and flattened,after month.
Second one I prevented right at the beginning, when it started forming, and it never formed.

Third one appeared 2,5 weeks ago, I started using ichthammol ointment along with anbitiotic cream (and natural Antibiotic internally - oregano oil pills,and then olive leaf extract), but it formed fully anyway (within a day, it was a different boil than the previous ones). But after 3 days, the swelling went away and this one in particular NEVER formed a head, but kind of reabsorbed itself. However, I was left with hard lump, that gets white on touch, but does not hurt.
During those 2 weeks, I have been taking vitamin C, magnesium, b complex internally to help heal it. Lump looks better than it looked 2 weeks ago, but is still here.

I even visited a dermatologist, she said that boils sometimes leave these lumps, and they may take months, to year to go away, sometimes they never do, she also said that this does not look like a scar tissue to her and that she does not consider it to be one.

What can I do to heal it please? Lump is on my right side of my nose, and makes me depressed :/.
