Hashimotos. I had antibodies, both in the triple digits. I also had 5 or 6 nodules on my thyroid gland. Iodine took care of those I believe. My endo couldn"t explain it when I asked her what happened to them, and when I told her how much Iodine I was taking, she flipped out. So I fired her. When my doctors (2) told me that there was nothing they or I could do about the antibodys I took it as a challange and started investigating.

I had my Amalgams removed and now my TPOab's are negligable, well below the accepted level. I changed my diet and my TGab's are low single digits, >5. almost acceptable.

I get the TSH test because it's part of a panel. If I get all the tests separate they cost more than the panel, so I get it and track it along with the others.

I owe a lot of my progress and healing to the people on this website. Without the information I have gathered here I would likely still be taking synthetic hormones along with antidepressants, since the sythetics were making me want to crawl out of my skin. I found direction to natural ways to clean and balance my bodys chemistry, and the numbers prove it.
The older women at church always seem to comment about how warm my hands are, and I tell them so are my feet! LOL!
