Don't want to "weird anybody out", but I wanted to add to the idea of intestinal health, the concept of fecal transplantation.

I won't go into it, but it can be done "Do It Yourself" if you have a close family member who is known to have a healthy gut and immune system.

There are two methods. They are both used by medical doctors.

1. Blend a poop in saline and use it as an high colonic enema.

2. Make poop pills by freezing a sample from a donor and put it in gelatine capsules.

This is not a recommendation, but I wanted to share that this is a valid medical procedure that can easily be done at home and is proven to restore intestinal health, even accepted by doctors and we all know how unusual that is.

Not for treating parasites, but for restoring bowel health.

I know, I know, there's a chance of getting a donor with parasites.
