Wow you passed all those from mostly coffee enemes cool. I've done coffee enemas before even while on cleanses and i passed a long ass worm and some weird other stuff. Also 2 weekends ago i did a 2 day cleanse with this stuff called herbalfuge and saw some mucus ball looking stuff. I'm going to do one again soon. and no i havnt had the coming out for years. My health problem started 7 years ago.Only until the past 2 years i've really became almost positive it's parasites. Yea I think i will try a colonic next weekend when i get paid again. I've never tried it and i think it would benefit me greatly especially before i start matt3ks protocol. Thanks you too Tweet
