Re: Gerson's diet for cancer patients

When elimination is (rarely) less than expected, it always catches up of its own accord. I usually feel properly empty, and have a very slim waist and abs (33 inches, relative to 6'4" height and 43-inch chest). There has never been any colo/intestinal problem to my knowledge..

I will say that the 'best' elimination always seems to come from legumes eaten the evening before..

Fiber was never low in my diet, over the last 10 years. Plus, I have started rebounding as well, so in addition to lymph, I think it shakes up the GI tract a bit...

I think a good approach is to have Gerson juice/Lou Corona lemon-ginger blast in the morning, and then use the same pulp to make a Hippocrates soup for dinner (with all the superspices like turmeric+bp, garlic, cayenne, parsley, etc.).

A shot of onion juice is worthwhile too (the onion pulp also goes into the soup).
