Diet Audit - Detailed Answer AGAIN

Hi Kmg4,

Since you have taken so much trouble to give a detailed meal plan I thought you deserve a detailed response.

BREAKFAST :

*Two bananas (not organic).

Shoot for 100% organic since you have cancer. Pesticides are known to cause cancer.

*Sometimes, 'oat milk', which is soaked rolled oats blended with water and cinnamon. No dairy and uncooked (unless the rolled oats were cooked beforehand). Cinnamon gets eaten with it, so that is good.

This is good.

My goal is to get Lou Corona's lemon-ginger blast or gorilla milk as a regular breakfast.

Great idea.

The big victory here is that ordinary store milk (inorganic) + commercial cereal (like Wheaties or Cherios) was my staple for 40 years, and that is now replaced with the above.

Yes, good achievement.

LUNCH :

I mostly skip lunch, but when I eat anything, it is either :

It is better to eat big lunch your metabolism is high at that point and lower in the evening.

Small green salad, with organic greens, but inorganic tomatoes and carrots. There are a tiny bit of cheese shavings on the salad, but that is not much.

Organic....

or,.....

Apple + arugula + ginger smoothie.
Hmmmmm. This sounds good, apples are one fruit that really needs to be organic. They spray so many pesticides on the fruits. Go to mercola.com and read his articles on this subject.

So far, almost everything is raw vegan, even if inorganic. But the problem is Dinner..

TEA TIME :

Green tea. It has caffeine, but is also alkalizing...

Ok.

DINNER :

OK, here is where food is cooked. I also eat either legumes+rice, or whole wheat pasta. I know these may not be ideal, but they also facilitate the intake of many superfoods alongside it...

Rice and beans make perfect protein, that is good. Pasta not so much. You can easily let go of wheat products.

Dinner is usually one of the following items :

1) Black beans + brown rice, steamed in pressure cooker. Along side it are cilantro, lime, cayenne pepper, cumin, and some crushed, uncooked garlic (cooking destroys the anti-cancer properties of garlic).

Good.

Sometimes this includes homemade Pico de Gallo, which has onion, tomato, garlic, cilantro, and lime. It is a great way to eat a lot of those 5 things (an entire bowlful).

Great.

2) Mung beans + white rice, steamed in pressure cooker, with homemade yogurt (from inorganic milk). Along side it are roasted onions, tomatoes, hot Thai chilis, garlic. No vegetables are organic. I think this is close to what my ancestors ate, so if digestion has genetic factors, then this has to be a staple..

Good.

3) Steamed and mashed potatoes, mixed with turmeric, garlic, black pepper. This is a good monofood meal, plus facilitates the intake of turmeric+black pepper.

Good.

4) Red lentil stew with vegetables + white rice. All vegetables are cooked, but included carrot, tomatoes, leeks, garlic, ginger, Thai chilies, and green peas. A huge amount of turmeric is eaten over the course of this. I know white rice is not ideal, but again, I think this is what my ancestors ate..

Good. Two different high protein sources in one meal is not allowed in Ayurveda. Peas never go well with any type of beans.

5) Whole wheat pasta, boiled. Along side it, cherry tomatoes, parsley, a full bulb of crushed garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, basil. I do put a few Parmesan cheese shakes from the grated Parm cheese container, but this is very little quantity.

Enh! Pasta. You can live without it.

DESSERT :

I never eat a dessert, except for a few squares of the 72% dark chocolate from Trader Joe's. I am trying to get down to just 1 square, since it has sugar.. But this is the only sweet item I eat at all, and I eat this because I thought 72% dark meant it was healthy. Now I know better, but cannot really stop.

Not good. I bet you will love this even more. Dates combined with raw cocoa powder, raw carob powder, organic coconut oil, blend it and eat it by itself or with strawberries.

Red meat is eaten 2 times a month, since I like to go to this one Mexican restaurant with my friends. This is the only meat consumed and I hope it is too little to matter...

Not good at all. Especially for you.

WATER : Filtered water bought from the store. I put a tiny bit of Apple Cider Vinegar in it to make it alkaline..

This is good.
________________________________________

These is where I am at. There is no sugar, but the fruits and veggies are mostly not organic, and there is rice. Rice and beans are a complete protein, plus there has to be some substance. I am not sure I can improve it much more than this, so at least I have tried to use the dinners as a means to eat a LOT of garlic, turmeric, oregano, cilantro, onions, etc...

Turmeric+black pepper, raw garlic, and raw onions appear to be the best foods for cancer..

Good

OTHER :

I have got a trampoline, and have started doing rebounding exercises, for the first time ever. Rebounding is effective against cancer. This may be a low-hanging fruit.

Awesome! Great for lymph flow.

I have not yet got around to making the Budwig protocol a routine, even though I have bought flaxseeds, since there is just too much going on, plus I am not sure which flax oil to get...

When you have cancer that should be your focus, no excuses.

This is where I am.... I am not sure if it will be enough...

BEST IS TO DROP EVERYTHING AND JUST EAT RAW FRUITS AND VEGETABLES WITHOUT OILS, DRINK FRESH JUICES, SMOOTHIES FOR THREE MONTHS, PLUS BUDWIG PROTOCOL.

Here is one survey of best Flax Oil...
