Re: 2 Questions for the experts here
Since I only use those three, I know little about the rest, although no doubt, there are other herbs from other parts of the world that worked for the natives in much the same way. But having no experience with them, I don't actually know. Which is the only level I speak from. Hence I don't feel comfortable teaching 'herbs' in general.
As to the taking of the herbs I do know, I'm guessing tea is probably better than capsules because it is already in easily absorbable form. But I can't stand the taste, so I always took them in capsule form, which works well enough to do the trick for me. Some body types might actually be better served to take them with the cayenne capsules than hot beverage, especially the vatta, which you might be. Which would also explain why herbs didn't work that well for you, even as a tea. They tend to run colder than the other two types.
If it's tea, I'm thinking you could just take the capsules and seep them like a tea, but having never dealt with the actual in the raw herb, I'd not know. I'm sensing boiling is too rough on most herbs though, and would destroy the elements that were helpful.
Thanks for the questions though. Whenever I'm asked something, it causes me to ask the right questions and get answers I didn't have previously, from my source. :)
