Re: Getting an oxygen tank filled without a prescription?

My mom has stage 4 lung cancer she is 75 years old her oncologist says she is getting enough oxygen so she cannot order or prescribe her oxygen to help her breathe my mom tells her she is having a hard time breathing and her anxiety is making it worse she does have Medicare I was reading the forums about going to a welding place and getting oxygen tank already filled would that be something that you out of or put to your face to get air I mean oxygen if so or if anybody has any other ideas please let me know ASAP thank you so much god bless you.
