Hi there! Thanks for the info about the Sea Salt water cleanse, honestly i don't want to try this again.
I also tried lots of home remedies but didn't work for me.
Right now, my everyday routine is in morning on my empty stomach i drink 2 glasses of warm lemon water then take my breakfast after 30 mins usually oatmeal and crackers. In lunch after eating rice and veggies i eat yogurt also in dinner.
I took bath in morning and evening before sleep then clean my armpits whenever its sweat.
I still observing if i still stink so far not, hopefully it's gone permanently. But my pits still sweat. You know the wheather here in the Philippines always humid but i think the sweat lessen compare before.
