I have a lot of those problems from the stomach to the mood disorders, and maybe even neurological problems too. Some things are chronic constipation, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and for neurological I get moderate bouts of lightheaded feeling, and minor loss of balance.

I am not saying all are related to gluten, but its definitely something on the check list in my long journey towards a cure.

Problem with gluten is the same as avoiding high fructose corn syrup, its almost found in everything. Tweet
