I've tried charcoal tablets and other natural supplements like that but they never stop my gas.
And that is good point. Right now I am trying a salt water flush this week for 7 days, hopefully to get rid of the toxins, bacteria, and whatever else is inside me. I am not sure if getting rid of this will cure my gas problems though.
here are some possible reasons for my too much gas production:
my muscles are relaxed so they are constantly releasing gas.*
I will target these areas with all forms of cleanses/flushes (colon, liver, parasite) with a Candida diet the first month and then slowly introduce my normal diet to see where the problem area is. But if i take pro-biotic everyday to restore good bacteria, the cleanses will wash them away again :( then the bad bacteria will repopulate I think if there is no good bacteria taking over. I read somewhere that cleansing your bowels is the "cure" to all intestinal ailments...it sounds about right to me. what do you think?
