My SEBORREIC DERMATITIS UNDER CONTROL - HYGENE FACE ROUTINE

Note: It is not 100% cured but less visible and kept under control.

Dear sufferers,
I know the pain you are going through, specially when it starts spreading and affecting our faces... it is tough to keep strong mentally and control our self esteem, but anyway...

I have been diagnosed with SD 9 months ago, and it was shocking to live with. Thankfully, with a bit of luck and PATIENCE I managed to keep it under control but not 100% cured since it comes and goes as all chronic diseases. But it passed from constant to seasonal/temporary recurrent, which is very posistive.

Hereby my treatment:

-Every night before going to BED :
1. Wash face with EFFACLAR oily skin sensitive cleanser by LaRoche Posay. (First add warm water, then lather soap on hands and apply to face, then clean gently the T-zone for a minute or so and leave on for another minute)
2.Rinse with warm water.
3. Pat dry face with towel.
4. Use BLEPHACLEAN (eyelid and sensitive wipes) to remove gently excess oil - you know all the white stuff that stays in our faces.
5. Make sure face is dry and apply EFFACLAR Duo+ (a pore 'declogger' made for acneprone and oily skins). Apply sparely, only on affected areas such as nose and forehead (in my case).
