Chronic, left-cheek side acne only! Gluten and dairy free...

I have never suffered from acne until I reached my early/mid-twenties. I am now 31 and the acne has stayed pretty consistant, fluxuating to differen parts of my face. It used to be more in the hormonal area, which is the chin. I have recently been working with a Naturopathic doctor, whom I went to for leaky gut. I have come a long way, detoxed from candida, and got my adrenals functioning properly, as well as addressing my low progesterone issues. Yet my acne continues! And strangely, it is concentrated in my left cheek area only. I do get the occasional spot around my chin, but the cluster sticks to the left cheek. I have tried washing pillow cases, thinking it could be that. I seem to have a lot of congestion in my pores also. Not sure why this is!! I feel like I have addressed major underlying issues like healing leaky gut, being dairy & gluten free (as well as my other IgA sensitivities), and working on adrenals! I'm at a loss. I feel like it should be improving or at least be minimized to the occasional and acute blemish here and there. But NOT this chronic, breaking out on the left side! Does anyone else happen to have a suggestion of what I could be missing in addressing this issue? HELP! :(
