i used to measure my temperature at the start of iodine.

it was about 36,2 or so and went up untill 36,8 ....

i didnt measure ever since.

TSH might not be a big sign.... but in my case, whenever my boobs did hurt, my TSH was high


the 2-3 months i cut back to 12,5 mg, my TSH rose from 1,9 to 3,45 .....
