Re: Eating on Plan with Blood Sugar issues

A bit. I also try to eat meals in a divided way, allowing 15-20 between each half, so as to not spike. I haven't noticed any difference in leaving apple/sweet potatoes out for the last 4-5 days, so I'm hoping I can still use them. Also, on the saunas, before starting on the Plan, I would do them every 2nd or 3rd day. B/c of low body temp, it takes me 15-20 min to begin sweating. with sauna already heated to 125-130 degrees. B/c of Lyme, or POTS/adrenals, I would feel weak, have heart/labored breathing UNTIL the moment I would begin to sweat, then everything would calm down and I would slowly GAIN energy! And I was able to stay in and sweat for about 30 min. But now, after trying to do them every day, I am not feeling better after the sweating begins, and I only stay in 10 min after sweating begins. And it seems I am getting slowly more tired overall. Thanks for your help with all the complex issues so many of us seem to have.
