Still Constipated

Hi Dr Jeff,

I tried prunes, as you suggested, and not only have they not helped with alleviating my constipation, they cause terrible has pains and cramps.

Would a stool softener such as Colace be alright while pregnant? I'm not sure what else to try.

The lack of bm's is causing massive bloating and gas. Add to that my cramping and nausea from the pregnancy and it's a nightmare..
