Re: Please help me identify my symptoms' cause

I've battled dizziness and/or vertigo on and off for the past 10 years I believe.

So far I've pegged it down to either inner ear problems like Raynaud or Meniere's, I did have an emergency room visit to clean out my ears long ago and blood came out.

Whenever I take Ginkgo biloba it helps a lot to treat it sooner than later, I don't know if its placebo or not but I've read Ginkgo is used for dizziness because it helps to thin the blood and at least for me it hasn't failed as of yet.

I'm not sure your dizziness is with the inner ear since you mention Sugar problems, and I must mention that in my research of anti depressants it has come to my attention that they increase the risk of diabetes. I don't know if those studies are legitimate, as there are competing studies but its something to consider.

I'd probably suggest borrowing a glucose meter or buying one if affordable, and checking your Sugar when you feel dizzy. If it's over 240 or under 90 that could be it.
