-A couple tablespoons of blackstrap molasses in water. Laxative effect without stimulant I've effects.
-Cucumbers. It has strong enzymes. I know someone that swears by this and always eats a couple a day.
-Without fail-raw red cabbage eaten on its own produces for me results in a couple of hours. It has a lot of insolube fiber.
-raw bitter greens such as parsley, kale, nettle, dandelion, romaine stimulate bile and helps digestion. If I drink lime or lemon juice in water after and don't eat any fat for a few hours I'm sure to go. This really helps get rid of a full and upset feeling in the stomach.
