Sciatic pain GONE

I suffered a minor low back injury in a fender-bender, and yet two months of PT didn't help. I went to a chiropractor one time, but as he wasn't covered under my insurance, I couldn't afford to go back.

I was experiencing numbness and tingling all the way down into my right foot, with pins and needles in addition to the nagging pain. It was out of financial necessity that I upped my hydration. I started drinking a gallon of water everyday. I have pint glasses, and just figured if I drank a pint an hour, in 8 hours I'd have drunk my gallon. It was easy, and it didn't feel like I was forcing myself to drink water. I did put some salt in it, and ate normally so that I wasn't over-diluting myself.

The very next day, the numbness and tingling were gone. And hasn't come back. I am still working on the back pain but that is much reduced. My energy is up and I feel more optimistic. Hopefully there will be more benefits to come, but this is a very auspicious beginning. Oh, yes - my skin is much softer!
