lemonade followed by milk diet.

Has anyone had experience with the milk diet (cure)?

I'm severely underweight for years.

I plan on doing a 20 day Lemonade fast followed by an extended milk diet.

I will use the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) as a laxative for both diets.

Any suggestions, comments?
