I'm not the one being rude but you're obviously being extremely rude. Not the way to have the honest discussion you claim to want to have.

Also, you're the one with reading comprehension problems. And a whole host of other problems as well.

First, he put "detox" in scare quotes which indicate he doubts it's even detox.

Second, he makes unsubstantiated claims that we're supposed to take on faith. If he were a real researcher, he would be showing his work and offering links to research papers to back up what he's saying.

Edit* Third, the Brownstein books don't claim it's all bromide or even mostly bromide detox. I don't think Zed even read Brownstein's books.

I really doubt he's a researcher or even educated, else he would have known that his claims don't mean no bromide detox is happening, even if he could back up what he's finding in urine samples.
