I understand, Carrie...some days I think it will kill me also. Try not to give up yet.

Things to try....Adams water based flea and tick killer. If this gets on them, they will die but they are everywhere so its a never ending battle. Spray your house with this and pour some down drains. Wash off anything washable with a small amount of it mixed with water.

Your clothes...Add Captain Jacks Dead Bug...about a half cup to each load and let it sioak in the machine for awhile, then add soap and wash. You can spray it in your house also.

Throw away yoir shower curtain and use dollar store ones so you can throw them out often. The bugs breed on the wet shower curtain.

Try taking NAC capsules daily..also vitamin C. (this might be constipating..start with low dose.
Take antihistamine pills. Drying your body out helps kill them.
If you live near a desert..visit often.

Keep track of what you eat. Are you attacked more when u eat certain foods? Brush your teeth and gargle any time you eat.

Dry mustard mixed with water can be applied to your skin. If you feel burn, wash it off and water it down...be careful with it...but it helps a lot.

When you clean your car, dont forget the seat belt. I get them from my seat belt often. Sometimes I put tin foil around it to stop the bugs.

If you have tile floors...consider sealing the grout...can be bought at home store...because grout is really just sand and they live in it.
